How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

- Providing your item is in stock, we aim to ship all orders within 24hrs of the order being placed.

Do you ship worldwide?

- Yes.

How will my order be shipped?

- All orders are packaged in a protective bubbled envelope. 

What method of shipping is used?

- All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, or Royal Mail International.

Do you offer a tracked delivery service? 

- Yes. Please contact us before ordering if you require a tracked delivery service and we will be happy to accommodate this request. 

Can I exchange my order or apply for a refund?

- All pins/keychains are carefully checked for quality before shipping. In the unlikely instance that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us. 

Should I preorder?

- It is completely up to you. Preorders are shipped the day they are received. 

Any remaining stock will be made available on General Sale 2/3 weeks after all preorders have been shipped. This rewards customers who have preordered, and guarantees their item.
